Postnatal Shiatsu

Shiatzu! offers wonderfully relaxing and nurturing postnatal Shiatsu; a much needed moment of tranquility in the manic period that often follows a birth.  Changes in the body postnatally are as dramatic as during the pregnancy itself and it is important to take time out of our busy lifestyles to replenish the body and calm the mind.

In the early months, if it is not possible to find someone to mind the baby, it is fine to have the baby with you or nearby and to pause the session while you feed, cuddle or change the nappy.
