Yoga with Shiatzu!

Shiatzu! also offers one-to-one yoga sessions for those who really want to look after themselves. 

In these sessions the postures and practice are personalised for your needs.  We help you to recognise the areas of your body that need work and how to develop a personal practice for strength and flexibility as well as mental clarity.  One-to-one sessions are the best way to start you off practising Yoga independently and for personal progress.

Some students also use one-to-one sessions as a preparation for joining open yoga classes.  There are so many styles of yoga class out there and different teachers to chose from, it can be confusing to work out which class to chose. Going to one-to-one sessions will help you to gain confidence and we will tell you about the main styles and approaches to help you make an informed decision about the kind of classes you would like to attend.
